Russian President Dmitry Medvedev tells America what concerns him:
- Euro-GMD.
- NATO expansion.
- Lack of Adapted CFE ratification.
He also tells America what he likes:
- The Sochi “roadmap.”
- The resumption of arms reduction talks.
- “Collective solutions to the problems facing Afghanistan,” whatever that means.
- Creating a new international reserve currency.
Well, two or three out of seven is a start.
Not mentioned anywhere: Iran’s nuclear and missile programs.
